We Now Own A Boat Again!

Curtis Stokes, our boat broker, started to wire the money for the boat purchase at 9:30 AM. The transaction was not finalized until 2:30 PM. We now own a 44 foot 1999 DeFever. It will be our new home. The boat has been sitting for almost 2 years so it needs some TLC. We got on the boat and started in the master state room and master head. Cleaning, wiping down, mopping , dusting and doing everything to get the boat ready for us to sleep in that night. We just moved on sheets, pillows, blankets, some clothes and our bathroom toiletries for the evening. After a good meal at the Log Cabin in Labelle, we had our first night on the boat.
