Post Survey Negotiation

November 9-14
John received the formal written survey reports and we realized that there were quite a few things that needed to be fixed. The boat has been sitting for over 2 years and many things have been in disarray. John spent a lot of the week talking to boat yards about prices to get thing fixed. On Saturday, November 14, we sent an reduced offer to Curtis Stokes. The Owner accepted the offer and we are now BOAT OWNERS. We celebrated with my first glass of wine in a week, and a Monarita for John.
