Took the courtesy car into New Bern where we walked around the town and went to a farmers market. Cute little town with some good restaurants and shops. This town is the birthplace of Pepsi cola.

Ate lunch at Bakers kitchen.

Stop at the food Lion grocery store on the way back to the marina.  The wind is still pretty strong and we’re still pretty much rocking rolling so Tom and I went to the pool and I did laundry when we got back to the marina.

This is a great Marina, but quite a long walk out to our boats.  That afternoon, John sat up in the captain’s lounge and worked on the blog. Tom, Colletta and I sat out on the porch of the captain’s lounge in the rocking chairs while I finished my laundry.  That evening we went for an appetizer at the “O Town” restaurant.  This restaurant has only been open for three weeks and they need to work on it a little more to make sure it runs more smoothly.
