Dozier’s Regatta Point Marina

The temperature has gotten so hot that we decided to find marinas to stay for the night instead of doing one more night of Anchorage. We parted ways with Greek’s Folly.   They turned off to the Piankatank River and stayed at the Deltaville Marina  while Short Vacation went farther up the bay and turned into the Rappahannock River to Dozier’s Regetta Point marina. We signed up to stay for a week since Pam’s sister Peggy and brother-in- law Claude will be joining us there on Monday night.  Dozier’s has lots of good amenities.  They have 2 washers and dryers, 3 courtesy vans, rocking chairs on the front porch, a great captains lounge and large air conditioned gathering room, free bicycles to use and best of all they have a pool with the bath and shower house right next door.
