The three of them arrived back in Brewerton around 4 AM. Pat brought Pam back to the boat. During the next week John replaced a bad motor mount on one engine and had a mechanic come on board to do the engine alignments to the shaft. Fortunately, John was able to do all of the prep work himself rather than paying almost $118 an hour for the mechanic to do it. We rented another car and we did final prepping for Canada. He had to work on the dinghy engine because the float was stuck in the carburetor.
On Monday we moved over to Winter Harbor for one day and night so that they could fix the minor damage that they did on the boat when we launched. It was terribly hot that day, but they got it fixed. That morning after we moved the boat back over to Brewerton Boat Yard Colletta took Pam to get a cortisone shot in her right knee. Hopefully it will last through the summer.
