Finally Leaving Stuart Yachts for good

Eric came onboard at 7:00AM to check out the packing and the new steering cables.  He gave us the go ahead to leave.  We paid our bill, said goodbye AGAIN and left Stuart Yachts around 9:30.  We weren’t sure how far we were going to travel that day until we got a text from Jane from Inspeyered 2 telling us that if we came to Loggerhead Marina in Vero Beach (where they were staying) that she would make dinner for us.  Since we are not ones to pass up a free meal, we decided to cruise around 54 miles and stay there for the night.  By the time we got there the wind had  really picked up, so we are really glad that Jane and Al were there to catch our lines. It was so good to see them again.   I think they enjoyed having friends visit since Loggerhead Marina is out in the middle of nowhere and they hadn’t met that many people there.  We enjoyed a good meal and got a chance to catch up with them.  They will be heading south so this will be the last time that we will see them for a while.
