Last day in Charleston

Claude left in the a.m.

         

We had such a great time with these two!  I wish that they could have spent more time with us.  Love them so much!

Peggy, Colletta and I  shopping for groceries and other things. The boys got some last minute shopping in too.  It rained most of the  day.  We stayed today because we heard that the tropical storm Colin was coming at us and we weren’t sure how bad it would be. Glad that we stayed today with all the rain and wind. Peggy left around 6:30 PM and took our van back to her house. We are now without a car for the rest of the summer. This will be an interesting change for the two of us since we have been shuttling the van up as we go and having it in places that we can do shopping and other things. From now on it’s hoofing, biking and courtesy cars to get where we need to go.  It sure was fun having Claude and Peggy come and visit us. They are the first family members that we have had on our boat.
