We are John and Pam Short

In April of 2015 we sold our Houseboat. In October we accepted an offer on our home. At the same time we extended an offer on a trawler style boat that will be our new home and the vessel we use to do the Great Loop.

For us, this is a dream that has been in place for over 15 years. So there it is, everything sold, now out of the normal comfort zone that we all have and living as fulltime cruisers. We will slowly meander from Florida to the Chesapeake Bay this summer and take time learning about this lifestyle and our boat.  In the spring of 2017 we will begin the Great Loop in earnest.
